Kaizen is a Japanese philosophy of continuous improvement that focuses on making small, incremental changes to processes and systems to achieve significant, long-term benefits. It is a strategy where all employees, from managers to frontline workers, work together to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity. The word “kaizen” is a combination of the Japanese words “kai” (change) and “zen” (for the better).
